Warm and comfortable gite
The gite was perfect for us. It was a cold time of the year but the house was warm and comfortable. It is in a great location for Sarlat and the garden was great as we took our dog with us. We would stay there again.

Great location
The property was ideal for us, great enclosed garden for our dog. Kathy was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is quite rustic which is reflected in the price. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone with a dog. Very close to Sarlat which is beautiful . A short walk up the hill brought us to a lovely village and church which was beautiful.Follow the yellow signs in the village for a lovely circular walk back to the property via a bar, shop and cafe.

A restful country cottage
This property gave the impression of once having been a family home. Then we found that it was! It is comfortable and practical. In cold weather the heating is very welcome. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything that one needs is provided. The TV didn’t work well, but internet was fine. The owner is so helpful and kind.

The house is in country setting, yet you can be in the center of Sarlat in 7 minutes, it was quiet and peaceful. The house had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay, the hostess had the most pleasant smile, highly recommended.

un séjour vraiment super
L'accueil de Cathy est vraiment exceptionnel de par sa gentillesse. Dans la maison rien ne manque, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle, d'ustensiles, franchement je n'en ai jamais vu autant. Tout était très propre. Elle a tout prévu pour l'arrivée. Quel plaisir d'avoir le lit fait! Je n'y étais pas habituée et même les torchons sont là et serviettes de bain! C'est très spacieux. On se sent tout de suite très bien dans cette maison avec un belle pelouse clôturée qui permettait à notre chienne de gambader. La terrasse est très grande, le barbecue avec des grilles impeccables, de bons moments à passer au calme avec le chant des oiseaux. La situation de la maison est idéale pour ne pas passer par Sarlat si on ne le souhaite pas. Beaucoup de petits producteurs sur les routes et une région pleine de belles choses à voir. Nous reviendrons c'est certain et je vous recommande cette location qui vous permettra de passer un excellent séjour.

Deux nuits pour 3 personnes
Logement tout à fait adapté pour 3 personnes, proche de Sarlat si on est en voiture, espace extérieur appréciable mais la météo ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. Hôtesse réactive. Aucun souci particulier. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Belle découverte de la région
La Dordogne est une belle région à découvrir Nos chiens ont profité du grand jardin qui était bien clôturé car la route passante est à côté. Pour la petite maison salardaise, un gros rafraichissement serait indispensable. Merci à Cathy, qui a été très réactive quand on lui a signalé que l'aspirateur et le lave vaisselle était HS. Le wifi est top mais la TV n'offre malheureusement pas toutes les chaines. L'emplacement est calme et la terrasse agréable.

La maison est située au nord de Sarlat , calme, assez grande pour recevoir 3 personnes sans souci. nous avons juste été déçus par la propreté de celle ci .Nous l'avons indiqué à la propriétaire qui en a convenu et doit revoir avec la personne qui gère le ménage .
