The day spa was beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing for me was that on Friday and Saturday evenings, the thumping from the music in the bar travelled to the room on level 5 until late. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"This was a brilliant hotel for us a family of four with two teenagers. Table tennis, board games, health spa and gym. Breakfast wad amazing and totally centrally located 5 mins from central station and tram and bus options. Staff were totally great and generous in their giving of some bits free of charge. Hotel room clean tidy very comfortable and cool with fan if needed will definitely stay again"
