"This place was very nice, clean & comfortable. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and the food & drinks were delicious. Its a short walk to the lake and a quick drive into town. The staff was very helpful & friendly as well."

"Der Urlaub am Plattensee hat uns allen gut gefallen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses (Zufahrt/Straßenverhältnisse) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, er ist immer telefonisch erreichbar und kommt normalerweise alle zwei Tage, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll wegzufahren. Das Haus selber ist in einigen Punkten (Bäder) renovierungsbedürftig."

Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, als wir uns vorgestellt hatten und man von der Karte her annimmt. Aber alles war gut, da die Gastgeberin super herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und lieb ist. "The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot of old pieces of furniture and the rooms have different looks. The check-in staff was professional. It’s good to have an inside and outside pool as well. We got towels and bathrobes as well. The food was nice. We had a lot of choices for breakfast as well. It is a child friendly place. "

"After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! Unfortunately the weather was terribly hot (went above 40 that day), but when we requested a fan in our room by the time we got back it was delivered. The restaurant was also first class. The food was delicious and the service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses might be young but don’t let that fool you, they were very professional! The castle grounds are beautiful, well kept and tranquil! We will definitely stop at Karolyi Kastely again our next visit to Hungary! Thank you for your hospitality and amazing service!"
