"I enjoyed staying in this historic property and only have a couple of complaints. I find the $21/day parking charge when all you have is an outside parking lot rather annoying. A pillow became soiled and the cleaning staff did not replace the pillowcase we had removed, and just left the bare pillow on the floor. The vending machines were out of order on at least three floors. It just stuns me why vending companies fail to keep their machines functional, and also why a hotel wouldn't have...
