Great hotel, pet friendly & eating options are inside. The bed & bathroom were new & clean. The hotel is downtown, so there are elements that may be a turn off, I was not bothered. Recommend.

Hotel Senator is an excellent option for visitors wanting to spend most of their time downtown or nearby. It’s walkable to most areas downtown and there are a number of good restaurant choices nearby. The hotel is well-maintained for its age, staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are kept very clean though some could use updating. A free continental breakfast is available with yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice and coffee. I would definitely stay here again! There is some noise in the area late on Friday nights but otherwise it’s a white and comfortable stay.

Great character-filled property in downtown Saskatoon!! Loved the feel of the place, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming :) Only complaint would be the very limited parking, however for the price, you’re getting a beautiful hotel that’s clean and comfortable.

Staff were great. Courteous and helpful. Location is great. A lot around the hotel to do. Restaurants, shopping, event centre. Room was clean. Historic hotel with lots of charm. Would definitely come back again.

It has friendly staff and is super dog-friendly. It’s a great location in Saskatchewan’s most beautiful city. Plus, I am a craft beer guy, and you’re staying above a craft brewery and a stellar pub. My only complaint is nothing to do with the hotel, or the pub, or the brewery, or the area. There’s a lot of despair in downtown Saskatoon and it is really too bad there isn’t enough help for those folks who need it. Be sure you’re hiding all valuables in your parked vehicle. Lock it or lose it.

Such a lovely building. It reminds me of my favourite hotel in New York called the Jane Hotel. Rooms are bigger though.Staff is lovely and the pub next door has nice eats. The free breakfast is simple and all you need to start the day. Muffins, fruit, yogurt, excellent coffee. I look forward to my next excuse to visit Saskatoon. Oh and walking distance to cool shops and the downtown mall.

The hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. Parking is a nightmare but there are spots available - double parking or tight spots under an overhang in the alley. I don't think there would be enough to spots to cover the hotel being full.
