A comfortable and fresh house in a calm and peaceful environment, having easy access to the beach (3 miles) and to the city of Sassari (5 miles). Set in its own large garden it is surrounded by fruit trees and horticultural crops. The position is ideal for exploring the island and within half an hours drive you can reach the best places and beaches in northern Sardinia. As a starting point for one-day excursions over the whole of Sardinia we can give you many suggestions, making your holiday cheap, interesting and time saving. And suggestions are free!!!

Casa in posizione strategica
Casa accogliente, con tutti i comfort, ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge e la città di Sassari. Il giardino offre un fantastico spazio per il barbecue con gli amici, in tranquillità ed allegria. Camere spaziose ed accoglienti. Esperienza da ripetere!!
