"Room was lovely and comfortable however we woke up to no hot water in the whole hotel however I know this isn’t their fault so not marked down for that. One way they did excel is my son has a nut allergy and the restaurant staff were amazing. Brought him fresh food cooked separately rather than breakfast buffet and even provided new cutlery, napkin etc. we have never received this kind of attention to detail ever. It was much appreciated "

"Check in was easy and quick and Lilly was so sweet. Room is fantastic - the bunk beds were perfect for our two boys. And the location is perfect. We walked from the train station and we are across the street from St. James Park so our boys were thrilled !"

"Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Room was spacious and comfortable but looking a little dated and tired, needs a refresh. Stayed here before on the other side of the hotel and the rooms seemed much better. Very short staffed in the bar though."
