It was perfect for the holiday to visit family but also be able to work when needed. Outside was beautiful too and the perfect space for dog walking and our adventurous 5 year old! "Stayed here for a High School fishing tournament out of Palatka City Dock. 15 minutes from the dock, plenty of room in the driveway for vehicles and boats. Fred was extremely responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back!"

"Located in a fairly quiet RV park/resort. Nearby access to decent boat ramp. Room was very minimal without many basics like pillow cases, paper towels, shampoo or extra towels etc. The shower was nice and hot and the AC unit kept things comfortable. Coffee pot had mold growing in it and no trash bags. Lots of other dogs in the park and neighborhood..."
