"The house was very comfortable and the location perfect for a Sierra Buttes getaway; we were there for the change of seasons and the first snow. House warmed up perfectly using the wood stove. We’ll be back!"

"Very nice place. Had all the things we needed. Did not have air conditioning so it was a bit hot. Was not able to get property to text or call me back with check in instructions and key code so I had to continually call u til I found someone to help me. But other than that is was a good stay"

"Walls were dirty. Didn’t seem like anyone cleaned the shower doors. Bed was hard and lumpy and uncomfortable. No AC so hot. I only stayed one night out of my 2 nights there. But there were not a lot of options."

"My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City). "Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too.
