"Sam Pita has an excellent location, about 5 minutes to Sunrise beach and about 8 minutes to Pattaya beach and about one minute to the north end of Walking Street. Sunset beach is about a 30 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride. North Point beach (Zodiac) is about a 12 minute walk. The staff are very nice, the breakfast was decent enough and the
pool was a welcome change from going to the beach. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet. There was great water pressure in the shower...

"Great location, lovely staff and a very relaxing few days. My room overlooked the sea and had everything I needed. There were loungers on the beach to use and tea/coffee/water available all day. The food and drink offering was good and breakfast was also good. The
pool looked good although I didn’t actually use it as the sea was too inviting! An easy walk to other restaurants and bars either towards Walking Street or along the beach. "
