"With 13 of us staying in the hotel for between 1 and 3 nights, we had lots of comments on the good choice of hotel amongst us. Others hada few issues on getting the room temperature right, but that seemed to be the only criticism I heard. With one member of the party not well, I had reason to enlist the help of the hotel staff in getting more professional medical help. Can't rate the response and willingness and concern of the staff at reception enough. Due to chnaging shifts, I did not get time to thank them personally, but hope this message gets back to them "
