The sparkling Lake Michigan shoreline of Saugatuck Dunes State Park is two miles northwest, and two of the area's most beloved beaches - Oval Beach and Douglas Beach - are within a four-mile drive.

Great Cabin!
We had a great weekend in saugatuck at the kingfisher cove cabin. The home was extremely clean and looks better than the listing photos! Almost anything we needed was provided - trash bags, paper towel, linens, seasonings and kitchen / grilling supplies. Only down side was we requested early check-in and it was not available and we didn’t know until the morning of check in. Great property overall! Would love to visit again.

Very pretty cabin.
Very beautiful cabin that was quite comfortable. It is well built. Had most of what was needed. Would be five stars if we had pepper, baggies and foil, and the couch were newer. Very comfy bed. Nice hot tub and fire pit. We would definately return. Interaction with Vacasa rep was great.

Fall Cabin Getaway🍂🍁🏕️
It was one of the most peaceful and relaxing getaways we have had. We loved everything about this place. The location, the hot tub, the porch, the bonfire pit, the furniture, etc. were perfect, and we had the most magical time. We hope to come back here for our wedding in June because it is and was everything we are and we’re looking for. The price of this place during this time of year was also a huge plus! Highly recommend staying at this cabin!! :)

It was a beautiful cabin and the kids loved it
The cabin is was very clean and beautiful. We loved our stay. The kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. One of the smoke detectors started beeping low battery in the middle of our first night. I called first thing that morning and someone came and took care of it within a few hours since I was unable to reach the smoke detector myself. Overall it was a great stay and we will probably go there again sometime next year.

Peaceful Gathering
This was our second visit to a Kingfisher cabin in Saugatuck and again it was another ideal trip. Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless and well-appointed with everything we would need. It has the feel that you are set off into the woods of southwestern Michigan, but your actually so close to wonderful hiking, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The home is big enough to find some private spaces, but also cozy enough to enjoy the company you are sharing it with. Again, another fantastic experience.

Family Vacay
Very cute login cabin…well decorated. Only 2 miles from downtown Saugatuck. There was a jogging/bike path that ran from the cabin right into downtown. Lots of good retro choose from. Only downside is that the trash bins are just across the street from the cabin. On one day the trash truck came at 8am and another at 4am. The truck made a lot of noise and work up some of our family members.

Wonderful cabin. Hot tub didn’t work and local property manager/Vacasa were not responsive
The cabin is so cozy and in a great location to enjoy Saugatuck, MI. However, we rented the property for a 2 day getaway “to rest after the holidays, and use the hot tub” . Shortly after we arrived we realized the hot tub was unusable as the water was very cloudy and clearly needed attention. We called the Vacasa help line and were told someone would reach out from their maintenance team. But no one called. We called 2 more times that day but no one called back to trouble shoot our problem. So, we weren’t able to use the hot tub at all -which was a main reason we rented this property. Vacasa never called us to discuss our concern, attempt to help us or even apologize. We are home now and disappointed. The cabin was cute and the area is great but the property managers are non-responsive and our trip was not as enjoyable due to their indifference.

Perfect space for a group getaway
Really cute cabin! It was the perfect space for me and 7 of my friends to celebrate my birthday. The cabin only allows 2 cars to park in front, which was originally a concern since we had 3 cars coming. But to our pleasant surprise, there were 2 overflow parking passes available to a lot close by.

Girls Trip
Overall a great location. About 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Cabin is located near the entrance of the complex, a close walk to the pool and lake. The hot tub was very clean, grill had extra propane, and one bundle of firewood was provided. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at! Only thing to consider is that the driveway only had two parking spots. They do provide parking passes for a place a few minutes down the main road, but we were able to park across the main highway at the coffee shop with no issues. Keep that in mind if you have more than two cars in your group.

Saugatuck Birthday celebration
A group of friends stayed at this VRBO in Saugatuck to celebrate a milestone birthday and enjoy the outdoors. It was perfect! Super clean and easy to find. The property was located close to activieties we wanted to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There was a Bigby Coffee across the street and an icecream stand within walking distance. I could not have been happier with the check in/out efficiency and communicaation with the property manager. Property was exactly as the pictures online displayed.
