"Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues."

The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. "We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is very nice, clean, spacious, well equipped, lots of games for the kids, warm indoor swimming pool, slide and swing, outdoor sitting area; it has everything you need for a great holiday. Le plus que nous avons apprécié, c'est une salle de bain avec toilette pour chaque chambre. "The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available."

"The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. But overall the experience was pleasant. This hotel is the "smaller" attached hotel to the sister property "Le Perier du Bignon", it is less fancy and you enter with a code at the door and drop the room key in a basket when you leave. I picked this hotel because i stayed at the sister property and could use a slightly less pricey accommodation. I chose this hotel because Laval can be complicated for parking in the center of the city. Will stay there again. "
