"The house was very nice, roomy, and well maintained. The road leading in is narrow (which is expected for mountain roads), but the drive had plenty of parking. We throughly enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. Even though the trail head is farther than advertised (13 miles instead of 3 miles), the drive via SxS was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see y’all again. "

"Positives: --very clean --great fenced yard for dog (even has a driveway gate) --remodel was done in spirit of the original depression era construcion--they used what was available and made it look pretty good. --nice front porch --new, comfortable furniture and bedding. --quite neighborhood. --good price for a house and fenced lot. --the heating system is very efficient. The 5th bedroom advertised only had a crib but we made due. 3 story house, plenty of stairs obviously, railings could use some tlc but that's about it. Property was spotless and comfortable; our group would definitely stay here again. "

Was mostly clean (with the exception of the stove burners- someone had previously boiled over or spilled stuff, and it had not been cleaned, so immediately started smoking when we went to use) and comfortable.
