"Wasn’t given map of property or even told what building our room was in. Granted the lobby was very crowded and chaotic. When we finally got a map, it did not show where the 2nd restaurant or market were. Very odd. "

"The hotel has an excellent location, the view from our room was awesome and the property is new and clean. It was a bit too cold in the restaurants and corridors on floor 1. There is also room for improvement with regard to entertainment and sport activities options in the hotel, especially for children and teenagers. Overall, the hotel is great."

"We stayed for 5 nights and loved the hotel but what made the stay so special was the quality of the service from Marion Idalia and the entire staff They were amazing so helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We felt as if we were staying with family. The hotel is charming as well with large rooms that include a large outdoor patio "

"Downfall no staff in morning to speak to except cleaning staff. Our last day we had a flat tire and I could not connect with Hertz via phone. Thank goodness a cleaning person who made the call for me. Miss old owners continental breakfast was included. New ones offered one but for additional cost 20 er which seemed expensive for basically bread."
