"Stayed here again while in Reading for a business trip. Apartments are fantastic and couldn’t ask for more. Flight was delayed and receptionist sent across late check in instructions and we got in with ease. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. "

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"This was the perfect size and location for our short stay in Oxford. There is a bus stop directly outside of your door and it takes you right into town. Also super easy to catch a bus right back to where you’re staying! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. It also sits in a nice walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend! "

"They did not provide the apartment we booked. We booked apartment 4 and they put us in apartment 2 which was smaller. smaller rooms and only 2 bedrooms vs 3. No offer was given to move to a larger apartment. We had to make do. A partial refund was offered but it took 20 days and a threat to dispute credit card charges to get it.
