Sausalito Bay Views and Mid-Century Chic - 12 minutes to SF

Our condo is high in the Sausalito hills with gorgeous views through the trees to the Bay. We like to sit and watch the boats from the balcony and see sunrise across the water as we wake up each morning. The hikers' paradise of Golden Gate National Recreation Area is just behind us, and you can access a trail from our street or drive a few minutes to a vast network of Marin trails. Walk/drive down the hill to eat in one of Sausalito's waterfront restaurants. Best of all we are only 12 minutes to SF by car or public bus.

We have maximized our space for style and comfort for 2 adults who work at home. Our second bedroom is used as a dedicated office, with a twin-sized daybed for occasional guests. Amenities include:

Accessibility: Interior stairs (carpeted) between living/dining/kitchen area and bedroom/office/bathroom floor. No stairs between parking and front door.

We are longtime hosts of a 5-star property in northwestern CT (rented for the academic year). We opened our new Sausalito home to long-term guests in 2022 and have had wonderful, respectful tenants, several of whom have been repeat guests. We have a local property manager who will be available for anything that comes up, and a reliable housekeeper is on call if you desire cleaning during your stay. We will do our best to make you feel completely at home!
