"Good parking Check out at 10 am is too early for travelers Breakfast poor: we only got a bottle of milk no juice in the refrigerator. Our room has no air conditioner , has a fan instead. Disappointed ,room doesn’t look anything like pictures shown Windows has no screen, so when we open to get fresh air, bugs flown in. Fortunately we only stay one night otherwise I wouldn’t stay longer."

"This is a fantastic gite for total relaxation. It’s spacious, clean and well equipped. Our hosts, Sarah and Steve, were so welcoming, and nearby if needed. Our favourite part was the pool. It’s beautifully maintained and the solar cover very efficient so even on cooler days the water is warm. The view of sunflower fields was the cherry on the cake. Thank you Sarah and Steve!"

"We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. De gastheer verwelkomde ons heel vriendelijk bij aankomst. We installeerden ons in het verblijf en kregen daarna een rondleiding over het domein en in het kasteel dat volledig gerestaureerd wordt. De gastheer is een gepassioneerd verteller en het was duidelijk dat zijn hart bij het kasteel, de restauratie en het domein ligt. "Our third year back at Chateau Jautrudon and the week seemed to fly by again. So much to do on site (tennis, swimming, golf, walks in the woods, games inside) and a few trips out (canoeing in Le Blanc, VeloRail at Chauvigny). Nice to see a few improvements in the kitchen plus the addition of a swing and basketball hoop."

A lovely stay.

"Although the property looks a bit dated, once you are inside the hosts look after you so well all is forgotten. Our room was comfortable and looked out over the river. Amazing views. Dinner was excellent and breakfast on the terrace was a joy. Would certainly recommend, especially if you don't mind seeing the occasional cat. Excellent value for money and happily return for another stay."
