Very nice facility with everything anyone could expect. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff in the dining area was very pleasant and attentive. Eric was especially professional, friendly and eager to ensure an excellent dining and overall experience. The hotel is extremely convenient to walkable locations, attractions, restaurants, etc. The one issue to mention which is not under their control is that the back side rooms of the hotel face towards a busy night life area a block away and it was noisy one night until about 2 -3AM.

Hilton Hotels have consistently impressed me with their high standards. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at a Hilton for a reliable and enjoyable experience.

I appreciated the convenience of the property's proximity to RiverStreet. I was disappointed in the lack of coffee for guests in the lobby the entire weekend I was there. If you leave it out, please refill the pots for guests to partake. Additionally I was on the 4th floor and an overwhelming sewage smell hit me pretty hard in the hallway, and through the vents in my room.

The pros for this hotel are: 1. location can not be beat, 2. the beds are incredible - very comfortable with good sheets, 3. the hot tub is nice. The cons are 1. It is VERY noisy, 2. there is really no food on property and the bar is basically just beer, and 3. the facilities are generally a bit worn. I did like the hang out areas of the hotel and they are pretty cool. But the noise from both the highway in the front and the partiers in the. back is extreme.

Everything was excellent. I loved the four pillows on each bed and the bed linens were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the AC was off when we got to the room. I feel it should have been on and set at 75. Coming into a steamy room was not appropriate for the price point of the hotel. We were staying there because we lost power during Helene. Another huge plus was the 12:00 checkout! That rocked.

Staff were great. Very helpful. Breakfast was good value. Location was excellent, albeit noisy at night from cars. On off trolley stop right behind the hotel. We used it to get around the city, very convenient.

Hot tub looked dirty or needs some TLC, the younger female at the front desk could have better attitude & some customer service training, ants all over bathroom when we used the jacuzzi tub, patio was flooded due to improper pitch & drain was higher than the ground so the water went no where which then caused the carpet inside the door to smell musty.
