Cute home. Great location.
We loved our stay here. At the end of our week the entire family was convinced we could happily move in. The apartment is conveniently located making it easy to walk and explore all of downtown Savannah. Everything is just a few blocks away. The area was very walkable and felt very safe. We loved the coffee shop across the street and the Thai place next door. I read a review that mentioned street noise (fire house across the street) and recommended bringing a white noise machine. We did pack one but didn’t feel like it was exceptionally loud. There was some noise as the restaurant next door closes but that’s part of being in the city and it didn’t last a long time. The apartment is on the smaller side but they use the space very well to provide plenty of seating, full dining table, and a full kitchen. Each room has a queen bed. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well.It truly felt like a home away from home. We would bappily rent here again.

Perfect Spot
My new husband and I stayed here for a short trip after our wedding. The listing is exactly as shown online. Check in was easy and communication was simple. They had a convenient binder for information on the property. It was in a part of Savannah that allowed for a five to fifteen minute walk. We loved it and would gladly come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Property was eaxactly like the listing. Great location, easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. A little sitting area out front would be nice since the view is great.

week in Savannah
excellent location. Unit could undergo a deep cleaning, junk everywhere on the patio and not a pleasant place to sit, one of the burners on the stove burned out, a lot of pots and pans to use but only one medium size mixing bowl, second bedroom had absolutely no storage but that was mentioned in the description, the dining room table was really wobbly and not very sturdy. the management company was very prompt with a couple of problems that were encountered

PERFECT
I have stayed many times in Savannah- however this time was such a pleasure because of this wonderful rental. The owner/operator was so quick to respond to any and all my questions, the property is located centrally and makes it easy to walk to anywhere and the parking space is a dream! I LOVED staying here and will DEFINITELY be back!

Savannah Getaway
Enjoyed the location being close to the riverfront. The apartment could use a heavy cleaning around wall vents and walls along with base boards. Overall, good experience and would definitely book again.

Lovely apartment
It was a lovely, little apartment. Very clean and close to everything! The only other thing I’d like to add is that if you’re a light sleeper/enjoy sleeping in, it’s loud early there.

Quick Getaway
I loved the location of this property! It was so convenient to walk to all of the main attractions of Savannah, and the off-street parking spot was a huge plus. We were able to park and walk or Uber everywhere we wanted! There is a restaurant next door, but there was only one day where the noise was a little distracting. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time and the location couldn't have been better. Our only minor quibble is that the kitchen could have been better stocked for people like us who want to eat in.

Lovely stay at a historic apartment
We stayed here for three days at the tail end of our multi-city trip around the southeast and could not have been happier. This apartment was in the perfect location where we could walk everywhere; we didn’t touch the car at all until we were headed home. The place itself was comfortable and clean, a nice respite from the southern heat at the end of a long day in town. If and when we come back to Savannah, this place will be at the top of my list.

great place and location
5 stars overall. The only reason i gave a 4 star was because the bedroom walls were a little dusty due to the wall vent. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. All check in and checkout instructions were easy and clear. We thought the location was perfect. This place also came with its own parking spot for a small 1 time fee.

Great location, comfortable stay
This property worked very well for our family weekend getaway. It's located on a main thoroughfare in the historic district in easy walking distance from multiple scenic squares/parks, historic sites, good restaurants, and Leopold's Ice Cream. The off-street parking space behind the property was a big plus, but we walked everywhere except one trip to the grocery store (about five minutes drive away). One thing that could be improved is the living room seating. The chairs are different from those pictured, not very comfortable, and there were no ottomans.

Great long weekend
Stayed over Halloween with wife and 16 year old daughter. Location was perfect, parked the rental car and didn’t move it except one day to go to Tybee beach. Everything else was with in a short walk. Even thought it’s on a main thoroughfare, it was very quiet at night and we never were bothered by local tour groups across the street. Apartment was as described and we had pently of room.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Excellent location with some issues
The location was excellent as it was within walking distance of everything. However, the listing should have disclosed that a restaurant is right next door. I did not expect to have restaurant customers sitting right outside my bedroom and living room windows. The property was well set up but needs a deep clean. The appliances were loud and cannot be run at night.

The location is unbeatable
It's about a 10 minute walk to River Street and 15 mins from Forsyth. Was super convenient to have a place to come drop our stuff or cool down before heading out. The second bedroom is definitely a little small and not a lot of storage, but not a both for staying a day or two. Highly recommend. The only thing I will flag are that if you aren't used to apartment-living, the foot noise from upstairs might be bothersome.

In the heart of it all
My daughter and I loved this property. It was even better and larger than the picture posted on the site. More than enough common space for the two of us. Four people would be very comfortable. We wanted 2 Queen bedrooms. And we got that, but one of the bedrooms was a bit small if a couple was going to be staying in it. So close to everything! Having a trolley stop nearby is an extra bonus. We attended a family wedding at the Perry Lane hotel and it was only a 3 minute walk. The neighborhood feels very safe. We love Savannah and would stay at this property again.

Great location for exploring the city
The house was as described and met our needs while staying in the city. Cleanliness was good, but paint could use some freshening up in the bathroom to help with overall feel of being clean. The bathroom is small with very little storage space. Would be helpful to have a spot in the bedroom for doing hair and makeup - there was no mirror in the room across from the bathroom to aid with this. We loved the location and once we arrived did not use our car again until we left. Plenty of restaurants close by and very convenient for any walking tours of the historic district. River St is a short 10 minute walk away too.

Liked: Listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
location location location
the location was the only good feature. the unit needs a good deep cleaning. dirty white wood work and doors that you can see visible crud everywhere. broken table to eat on, dirty cloth furniture, dirty blankets on living room chairs. the pics do not show the uncleanly conditions. too many issues to go into. It definitely was no luxury as listed. we were out most of the time. I do get it as it is a money making machine because of location. Most people today are not clean savoy so it would be far more acceptable to those who have a standard below the average norm. You can't beat the location to be in the center of everything.

Historic district, not in high crime area - good location
The bedrooms were very small, one didn't have a dresser or closest. There was no drain plug for the tub, so you could only take showers, another rack for wash cloths and hand towels is needed near the sink and the bricks on the patio were falling into a hole (extreme trip hazard). This was my first stay in Savannah, so it is possible extremely small bedrooms are the norm. This property is across the street from a fire house, but the siren's weren't loud enough to wake you at night (the bedrooms are on the other side of the house). There is a Thai restaurant next door - their tables are right against the windows in 1 bedroom and the living room.

The locations is perfect for walking around Savannah!
We enjoyed our stay very much, it's walking distance of everything we wanted to see in historic Savannah. We did uncover the back patio chairs to sit and when we returned they were covered again, so maybe they aren't for the guests? We have a couple of suggestions, we were two girlfriends traveling together so sharing the bathroom was done in shifts. It would be extremely helpful if the bedrooms had mirrors. Not a one to be found except in the living room (and bathroom of course) Not enough hangers in the closets either. It was nice to be able to some laundry so we didn't have to pack as much, Wi-Fi is always great and what little time we were there the kitchen was sufficient. All we really needed was coffee! Great location, easy drive in and out, loved that we had our own parking spot. I'd highly recommend!

The apartment itself was quaint & lovely; however, the person above was LOUD and parked in our spot.
As stated above, the apartment was very nice, but the person above us parked in our spot twice. I finally asked her to move the second time because I was traveling with my elderly mother and parking is very difficult to find. We found out it was a "house-sitter" ; however, she should have been told that they had renters below and should adhere to the quiet hours that we were expected to adhere to as well ( 9 pm-5 am). They had a dog and it sounded like a horse running back and forth above our heads at 10:45 pm. Additionally, the washing machine smelled horribly and the towels were so putrid smelling we could barely stand to use them. We finally used a beach towel instead. Due to the noise the last night of our stay, we were woken again at 11:00 pm and we just decided to leave then. I will not be back to this place of residence.
