A unique experience awaits you at Tattnall House, offering the luxury and privacy of this historic home all to yourself.

Built in 1853, this beautiful 2 story brick home accommodates up to 4 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate dressing room, a lovely living room and adjoining dining room. Through the kitchen with it's original exposed brick wall you'll find the private courtyard and seating.

Tattnall House is located in one of the most beautiful sections of downtown near the famously appointed "America's Most Beautiful Street" Jones Street. You are within walking distance to many of the famous attractions including: Forsyth Park, The Jepson Center for the Arts, shopping, historic tours and many restaurants including Mrs. Wilkes and The Crystal Beer Parlor.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people including infants/children, at ALL times.
No pets. No smoking.
Minimum age of person reserving must be at least 25 years old.
NO PARTIES!
The exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras. There are, of course NO cameras inside.

Upon reserving, you will receive emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA. Please check your spam/junk folders.

CANCELLATION NOTE: If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the original credit card processing fees. We use a 3rd party processing company that does NOT refund these fees to us upon cancellations. You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee for our time for processing then canceling your reservation.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.

The property is lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, walkable to just about everything. The neighborhood was quiet. I would not recommend it for people with small children, the home is decorated with lovely antiques. But I do highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, historic Savannah.

Fabulous very nearby (2-8 blocks) restaurants, coffee place. A true wonder for people who are less interested in the high-density of tourists waterfront version of Savannah. And that walled garden...!! My second time staying here and I wouldn't stay anyplace else.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful, historic, clean and overall perfect for a girls weekend! It was within walking distance of many parks, shops, restaurants, and tours. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. She checked in on us and provided additional items when needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun stay in Savannah!

Great location. There is construction next to property with occasional loud jackhammer. Awoke one morning to the sound of very loud leaf blowers at 7:30 AM. Returned to house one afternoon after walking the historic district to find more loud leaf blowers on the property. We had to go sit in nearby square because of the noise.

This cottage exceeded our expectations. The photos are spot on. My best friend and I agree we could live there happily ever after. It is very well maintained. We had all the supplies we needed to be comfortable. It’s within walking distance to everything you want to explore in Savannah. We were also able to grab parking spots directly across the street. Savannah Coffee Roasters is practically around the corner too. AND the beds were SO comfortable! We are already talking about returning sometime. It’s truly fabulous! Book it!

Cute house -- exactly as described. About a 20 minute Uber from the airport, and walkable to pretty much everything you'd want to see (or a short ride). We ran into an issue where the electronic lock to get into the house ran out of batteries, and the hosts were incredibly responsive fixed it within 30 minutes. The outdoor space was so cute, and great for an afternoon wine and cheese. I think our only (incredibly minor) complaint is that the couch and chairs in the living room weren't very comfortable, but we were mostly out and about so not a huge deal.

Looking for a true historic stay, look no further. This home has that southern charm and unique authenticity. Walking out the door and turning down the tree covered streets makes you feel like you are traveling back in time. Loved it.

This was our first trip to Savannah and we are hooked! We definitely will return! This is a beautiful town with so much history and things to do. This quaint condo was absolutely perfect for us. The location of this very comfortable and accommodating condo was awesome! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also enjoyed our morning coffee in the beautiful courtyard. Great trio!
