Worst property managers ever!
We forgot our work laptop at the apartment. The property managers have done little to communicate with us, simply saying housekeeping did not report anything. No one is taking responsibility. Cannot believe no one is honest or responsible here, not bothering to call us back. Worst rental ever!

While the property was neat, clean, and functional to meet our needs, I was concerned that the three story wooden building had no fire escapes. Our apartment was on the second floor with only a wooden staircase for entrance and egress. There were two smoke detectors on the second floor: one in the kitchen that worked and a smoke detector in the living room that was too high up for me to test but looked as if it might have been non-functioning.

Mom/daughter get away time
My daughter and I were looking forward to our few days together in Savannah. The property is cute and clean but we had some frustrations. First, it’s managed by Vacasa. Trying to communicate with them is difficult. They kept sending information about the rental to my husband rather than me even after I emailed, called and ultimately spent about 2 1/2 hours texting to convince them to send text to me. Then, we arrived in the evening and the door entry code didn’t work. So, standing there…calling and trying to get that resolved. One bathroom never could provide a hot shower no matter what time of day I attempted. And we were unsuccessful in getting dishwasher to run so did them by hand. But the location is great. Oh- walls are thin and we had a young child upstairs running around that was quite noisy. And cute but noisy little dogs next door. So, it’s all about location. And hoping you don’t need to communicate with Vacasa.

Our stay was nice; the property was about as described. There were a few minor things that needed fixing, and the water in the bathtub/ shower was only lukewarm. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of most everything. We loved Savannah!

Beautiful but challenging
Unit B is spacious and beautiful, excellent for two couples. The location is very convenient. However, our checkin process was difficult. The outside door has a separate code than the inside door. Vacasa was responsive and helped with the front door, but I had to call a second time because the door to the unit did not accept any given codes. The couple staying in unit C had similar issues, and I heard a second checkin for unit C that was also on the phone to Vacasa trying to reset the door codes. Upstairs neighbors can be a bit noisy. Street sweeping may get your car towed. Checkout process is effortless and the owner was nice.

Great house in a good location
After a frustrating check-in process due to some miscommunication from the rental company, the rest of my visit was great. The house is well appointed in a really great location. No more than a very-walkable mile away from main attractions, and often much closer than that. I’d stay here again!

Great place!
Very very clean and great layout for families or 2 couples. Kitchen was fully stacked with everything you need. Great location, everything was within 15 min walk No issues finding parking Only issue we had was the shower in the main room kept coming out and made it difficult to use. We all used the other shower. Think just needs the knob to be replaced.

Great Savannah Stay
Great property that is close to all Savannah has to offer, we were able to walk to all Savannah historic sites. Property was clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and having a bathroom in each bedroom was perfect for two couples.

Great Location
The unit was as advertised. Great location. Walked to most places. Rental was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Vacation for 2 adult couples. Thought that on street parking would be an issue, but never had any problems parking in front of unit. Only cons to the rental is that the entry steps are steep. We didn't have an issue climbing them but some people may. Only other con was the code to enter the apartment was too long. It is a 10 digit code and you have to punch it in to unlock and lock door from outside. Nothing major, but a shorter, easy to remember code would have been better. Would definitely recommend this rental and we will be booking again.

We have stayed here twice. It is within walking distance from everything but still a very quiet street. Savannah is one of our favorite places. We park our car when we get here and walk everywhere. Very clean and comfortable unit. Love it.

Three Nights in Savannah
The layout is good, especially for couples. Without the two bedroom doors open, there’s little natural light (coming from the kitchen) in the living room, which has no windows. It's not like anything can be done, but it’s nice to know going in. Roku t.v. fans will be happy. The beds are comfortable. You’re better off bringing your own pillow. The shower heads in both bathrooms are in need of replacement. Don’t drop the soap in the primary bathroom shower as it meets our definition of a confined space. We appreciated the complementary coffee filters, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Nice property for two couples
The living area was nicely decorated and comfortable, as were both bedrooms, each one having its own bathroom. The bathroom in the brown bedroom could use an update to the shower fixtures, but they worked. One light bulb above the vanity was not working, also one in the bedroom fan. I can't comment on the kitchen appliances as we only used the Keurig coffee maker. They were all clean. Overall it was a pleasnt stay and I would recommend it

Property is beautifully decorated but needs maintaining! Tub faucet broken so only got HOT water! Den TV didn't work. A/C was unable to catch up & keep place cool. We called the ofc 3 different times during our 4 day stay & never got any help -- quite disappointing for the price! As a parting gift, we were given a $40 parking ticket for parking on the street [no other place to park for this rental]! I don't get it?
