Summary:
A beautiful home away from home for your next Savannah vacation! Look no further than our four bedroom two bathroom home with a pool and fenced yard, which is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area only 10 minutes to Historic Savannah and about 12 minutes to downtown. Less than three miles to the Botanical Gardens, and 35 minutes to Tybee Island Beach. Free wifi, pet friendly, $50 pet fee required. We hope to get the opportunity to host you!
The Space:
The front entrance lives into a foyer with the stairs to the upper floor and a hallway leading to the living area. The living room has a queen pull out couch and 50" RokuTV. Off the living room is an eat-in fully stocked kitchen with a separate dining area that can seat 8, along with a half bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, one with a king bed with ensuite full bathroom with garden tub and shower and walk-in closet, three queen bedrooms, and another full bathroom with tub. Note: two bedrooms are connected, and you have to walk through one of the queen bedrooms to get to the second. The backyard boasts a fully fenced yard with privacy fence, pool, seating, and grill.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, yard, and pool.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Cresthill neighborhood of Savannah. This is a tranquil residential community, and our home is located on the cul de sac. Please be respectful of the neighbors, and we ask that you bring no more than four cars total for your group to ensure we do not block any driveways of our neighbors. Thank you!
Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so we do recommend driving as it is not walkable to local attractions, but Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Guests must sign rental agreement and agree to pool rules prior to receiving check-in information. A $50 pet fee is required, if you allow your pets on the furniture, or if there is excess pet hair in the home, or pet waste in the yard or home, we will charge an extra cleaning fee. Please respect our house rules of no smoking, no parties, no glass in or around the pool, quiet hours after 10PM and no pets on the furniture.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
