"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a beautiful garden and plenty of room within the property. There were seven of us and didn't feel on top of each other. There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. There was damp in the shower room, although it is the end of the season. There were used pots of honey on the dining table that I think should have...

"The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming."

"The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fabulous stay, the property was beautiful, very clean, and lovely decor. ideally situated for site seeing and found a lovely Italian cafe over the road, the owner was so nice. The only negative was there was not enough pots (serving dishes) for nibbles etc. everything else was perfect. Would definitely visit again. "

"Amazing stay, we went as a team from work as we were running a stall at the showground, perfect location. Very comfortable and modern house with ample bedrooms and space for large groups, would highly recommend. Aaron was very accommodating and was very quick at returning emails. A 5 Star from me!"

"Fabulous place with everything you need and more. Very roomy and comfortable. Hosts were lovely and my daughter loved the welcome pack. Will definitely be staying again when we are back in Lincolnshire."

"The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). "Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"
