There are 100+ steps to the dock, so some of our older folks couldn't go down to it which was disappointing - pictures don't really show the full amount of stairs. "We are 5 families who get together every 2 or 3 years, rent a house, and have a blast. This property seemed to be custom fit for us. Every room has a bathroom. The kitchen was never crowded. There are plentiful common areas to hang out and lots to do. The water was great. Do be prepared to walk over 100 steps from the kitchen to the water. The only negative mark is for the big metal hinge that connects the dock to gangway...it is as slick as ice and a couple of us went down hard...grip tape is...

"We visited this place with a large company and spent this time with a lot of emotions. Everyone had equal conditions for rest and everyone was satisfied! The only thing that upsets is the lack of a pier near the water. There was no opportunity to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of nature by dipping our feet in the water. But this did not prevent our company from spending this time unforgettable)))"
