The villa is perfect for families and groups of up to 4 people. It has an excellent location, two blocks away from the beach on the left surf break.

The area where it is located is a quiet area with houses, some nearby hotels, small cafes and some grocery stores. Downtown is just a 7 minute walk.

The villa is distributed in 3 floors.
On the first floor the kitchen, dinning room and living room are located.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with a full bathroom and a king size bed.
The second bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is also the second full bathroom.
On the third floor is a small dipping pool and the terrace.

The villa has TV, AC, WIFI, towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, one longboard and two bicycles.

The Villa is ideal for small groups seeking privacy with all the amenities of a small lovely home.

Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Sayulita for our family. Sabrina is awesome and so friendly. Checkin was super easy. Close walk to the beach and downtown. The place was more than we expected. Pictures are exactly what you get and more. It is very clean and family friendly. The palapa is an added bonus with the pool. Would definitely recommend to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
