Fire Island Pines pool home with expansive ocean views from all rooms. The main floor living area is open plan with air conditioning/heat, gas fireplace, bar, wine fridge, dining set for six, updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliance and powder room. Two bedrooms upstairs each with ensuite baths, sliding glass doors to top deck, air conditioning and heat. Sixty steps to beach access. Pool cabana room (3rd bedroom) on ground level with two twin beds on king bed platform offering additional sleeping space. Outdoor shower on pool level and 1/2 bath on main living level. Seven minute walk to harbor, ferry, grocery, restaurants/bars and shopping.

Perfect Weekend House
Perfect house for a weekend in FIP. Communication was great throughout. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a working dishwasher. Carlos, the onsite property manager was fantastic. He was available whenever we needed anything or had any questions.

Great place with an great view
This was a perfect rental close to the beach. The property was very nice, clean, and had everything we were looking for. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Not a Private House
Nice property but not ready to be rented. The renovations are not yet complete! This is a duplex sharing walls and windows with the owner. You can hear every conversation through the walls. Not a very private getaway. -AC in Master Bedroom was not functioning -Shower in Master Bedroom was broken -Most of the sliding doors were rusted shut -All sliding screens were broken -Door handles to sliders broken -Advertised pool cabana was locked due to flooding -No cable TV -Wifi did not work -Deck old and rickety -Railings on balconies were old and unsafe -Beautiful views -Easy walk to the beach -Nice pool

Great location, very cute property! Hosts were great and very friendly.
Overall experience was great! Hosts were super friendly. House is located right next to a beach entrance and has great ocean views. Plenty of loungers by the pool both in the shade and full sun with great exposure almost all day!
