The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. "This was a great town to visit. The BB Luna has some great Michelin star restaurants in walking distance. Make sure to not park across the street on weekends because of the local market. In Addition the gps brings you across the street. Search BB Luna when you get in the area. The host was one of the most thoughtful people and he was always making sure our stay was great. "

"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"We were celebrating our 41st anniversary and stayed for 5 nights back on March 22, 2025, and we were pleased with the property and the location. The area is quiet at night, but it could be a little noisy early in the morning around 7 a.m. and 8am but nothing extreme. The only thing is that the hot breakfast is always cold around 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. "

"Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent. Dinners at the restaurant were great & the sommelier was really good- she offered the best wine native to the region 😃 which I thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend 💯."
