PARFAIT
Studio fidèle aux photos, joliment décoré, extrêmement propre et très confortable notamment grâce à la clim. L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est très sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. De la documentation est à disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement. Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres. Excellente situation pour visiter Modène qui se trouve à 20 km. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour chez Claudia et recommandons cette location sans aucune retenue. GUY

Nice, quiet with friendly owners.
We spent a week at the place and everything was as expected. Our children loved the park and the playground. It was end of March but it was warm in the apartment and we had hardly used air conditioning to make it warmer.
