Top Schaffhausen Historic Hotels

Sorell Hotel Rüden

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (205)
"It was a wonderful and charming hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast yummy, and the location can not be beat. The only problem was the motion sensor night light that lit up our whole room every time someone moved. We put a blanket over it but since it was built into the step into the bathroom it made it a bit tricky for anyone to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. For our family, we were all so tired it didn’t matter. "

"Even with the bus station and train station right out front, the hotel was extremely quiet. I never heard any sounds from either. Staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. "

Hotel Zak - Hostel

1.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (74)
"The accommodation is a little dated in places (some broken tiles in the shower and on the floor of the toilet). The double rooms have a spacious wardrobe, a practical washbasin, a small work desk and a TV. Unfortunately, the double room on my floor (2nd floor) had no lounge and no kitchen/fridge. It was a little too expensive for what was on offer. "
