"Great room and facilities Huge choice for breakfast. Tram stop outside hotel with frequent services to beach and city . Secure parking onsite rather than public parking Had issue with photographer using flash whilst having dinner but staff were very professional and dealt with admirably. Would highly recommend hotel. "The hotel was good , all the staff were nice except one lady (her name is Tiffany ) she was so rude and not friendly at all , her attitude was very bad and I was so upset and couldn’t stand her being rude to me and to my husband. Special thanks to Mekanzi who dealt with the problem and helped me to solve the confusion. All over I enjoyed staying in the hotel. "
