"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"... The "apartment" rented to us was not a true rental, it was someone else's full time apartment that was cleaned for us. It had all the articles of the owner. Really gross. The people who live and work there really try hard and are nice, but not disclosing the cat pee stink and the fact that the property was someone's permanent...

"Wir hatten bei der Anreise einen kleinen Unfall bei dem ein Fahrrad kaputt gegangen ist. Dadurch verspätete sich unsere Anreise. FrauHeinze hatte damit überhaupt kein Problem und informierte uns über alles Wissenswerte. Außerdem hatte sie prompt ein Fahrrad für uns parat. Damit war unser Fahrradurlaub gerettet. "Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ zentral gelegen, viele Dinge sind somit auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Grimma an sich ist eine nette kleine Stadt,sehr sauber und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. The number for the property manager in the listing was a disconnected number and they never responded to messages through the app. We were never given access to the property. When contacting VRBO support they also couldn't reach the property manager and started the refund process, which we still haven't recieved. Poor service all around!"

"The hotel has no AC. Our room was above the front of the hotel, where everyone gathered on the patio to drink and smoke. The noise and the smell were terrible. "Stayed here one night because of the lack of affordable accommodation in Leipzig. Hotel is across the road from the train station, making it convenient to get to Leipzig, which was our main priority. Hotel is surrounded by woodland and has parking available. Rooms are on the small side, but the biggest issue was that there is no air-conditioning (only a portable fan) or a fridge in the rooms and as they are on the top floor, they become stifling in the summer heat. You can't open the windows as there are mosquitos but no flyscreens. Staff were helpful with providing details on train times, etc."
