"Lots of old world charm, but the rooms are not well-appointed by contemporary standards - need real showers - not confined ship-like showers. TV in room is small and far from the beds. No AC even though it's warm in the Spring here now. Hotel has space - could use a fitness center. The best part is the gardens/pool and the magnificent views. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe.
