Fijn hotel en goede verzorging.

Prima accommodatie. Zeer familievriendelijk. Ontbijt en diner goed verzorgd. Mogelijkheid eigen lunchpakket samen te stellen fijn als je een dagje weg bent.

Hôtel coup de coeur

Notre séjour à été merveilleux. Le personnel est aux petits soin avec un grand merci à Ladi pour son français impeccable et un gros coup de coeur pour le spa entièrement vitrée au dernier étage avec une vue à 360 degrés sur les montagnes environnantes. C'est un hôtel que nous recommenderons.

Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Für den Preis als "all inclusie ultra" unschlagbar (allerdings Nebensaison). Essen gut und gute Auswahl. Wir waren schon 3x da und kommen sicher wieder.

Super ophold i fine omgivelser. Tæt på lift til bjerg og med fin mad og drikke på hotellet. Kan klart anbefale stedet til en sommertur med børn.

Skiing in pandemic time

Very ascetic room. No mineral water or kettle in the room. No one is keeping social distance or using masks. On the other hand very good locaton vis'a'vis Planai.

Österreichurlaub in Englischer Sprache

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top; Zimmer sauber und geräumig; Frühstück ist in Ordnung; Abendessen gleicht eher einem günstigen Kantinenessen - keine regionalen Produkte und schmeckt alles sehr nach Fertiggericht - hatten für weniger Geld schon sehr viel besseres Essen; das größte Manko allerdings war die Sprache - wenn man als Österreicher in Österreich zum Schifahren ist, erwartet man nicht unbedingt, dass alles nur auf Englisch zu bestellen ist; Service wirkte eher nach Klassenfahrt - leider konnten wir uns hier nicht wohl fühlen; Preis / Leistung - passt leider nicht!

Jederzeit wieder !!!

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr gelungen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der CheckIn verlief kurz und reibungslos. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und geräumig. In Hinblick auf die vorherrschende Pandemie legt das Hotel auch sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene (Desinfektionsmittel, MNS, Einweghandschuh im Frühstücksbereich). Auch erhält man eine Sommercard, welche sehr viele Vergünstigungen in Schladming und Umgebung beinhaltet. Einzig und allein hat uns gefehlt, dass auf dem Zimmer kein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung stand, um ggf. mal einen Tee oder Kaffee zu kochen.

Ein neues modernes Hotel: sehr zentrale Lage, etwas kleine Zimmer zumal wir mit zwei Kindern unterwegs waren. Das all-inklusive Angebot ist der Hammer. Um das Geld kann keiner meckern. Sogar Cola-Whiskey oder shots sind mit dabei. Am Nachmittags gibts zusätzlich eine Kaffee-Jause mit richtig guten Kuchen und Torten. Kalorien-Zähler sollten einen weiten Bogen um das Hotel machen ;-)

Lage gut, Rest nicht Genügend!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Jedoch war das Zimmer nicht so toll. Es hatte einen stinkenden Geruch. Schrecklich. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gedämmt. Wenn jemand in der Nacht am Gang ging hatten wir alles extrem laut gehört. Das Essen war nicht gut. Wir hatten Vollpension, jedoch gab es zu Mittag nur eine "verwürzte" Suppe. Vollpension? Das Abendessen war teilweise kalt. In Zeiten von Corona hatten die Kellner zwar Masken, jedoch nur über den Mund und nicht über die Nase. Abstand konnte in keinster Weise eingehalten werden. Immerhin waren genug Desinfektionsspender vorhanden. Die Freundlichkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen sicher nicht mehr.
