"Die Wohnung bietet definitiv viel Platz für mehrere Personen und liegt versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle nötigen Informationen zum Check-in wurden uns detailliert beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal um fußläufig die Altstadt zu erkunden. "Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wenn es passt, kommen wir gern wieder. Es war alles sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Außendusche war bei den hohen Temperaturen ein Genus. Bis auf die Dusche im unterem Bad, die defekt war, die Verdunklungen an den Schlafzimmerfenstern die gefehlt haben und die veralteten Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern, war rundum ein voll ausgestatteter Haushalt vorhanden. Auch die Ansprechpartnerin Rosi ( im Haus unterhalb der Villa Flora) war sehr net und immer ansprechbar....

"Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. not good for EV owners

"good: got a nice upgrade, good breakfast, good area, close to city center. inconvinient: we were there with an electric car, there are 4 chargers in the parking, but the parking is public so you only get 4h to charge then you either start again or move the car, i undersant that is good so everybody gets a spot to charge but when you arrive in the evening and want to sleep to go after 4h to restart charching and then again after 3h to move the car you don't get much sleep. or you do as i did pay extra for not moving the car, all night there was only my car so it was a little bit dumb to be charged for not moving."

"Pleasant old style hotel right in the main square - good breakfast in a pleasant sunny room. Lots of places to eat. Access from the Hauptbahnhof is by tram - any tram goes to Hauptstrasse. If you are in Linz to see the town itself, stay here. "
