"We greatly enjoyed the accommodation. It was well maintained, clean. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The only complaint was that Wi-Fi didn't work upstairs. The grocery store on the first level was quite convenient. Having your own parking spot in the underground garage was a plus. You are in a short walking distance to two lifts."

"We stayed for a week with our 2 kids. First time we arrived was a bit exciting due to what felt like a very narrow long windy road up the mountain. But you get used to that pretty quickly. "The property was spacious and comfortable and well located for walking into Sonthofen but also with easy access to the wider area by car. Parking did prove to be more of a problem. "House Ems, hosted by Andrea and Oliver, was the absolute perfect extended holiday home away from home. Situated within walking distance of town center, hiking trails, and all public transportation, it was the best location to enjoy all of Vorarlberg. "Besonders zu erwähnen war die äußerst freundliche Kommunikation von Herrn Fritz. Auf meine Nachrichten wurde auch immer sofort reagiert. Der Vermieter hat alles getan, dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Standort ist auch super. Bushaltestelle nur 100 m entfernt und das Zentrum nur etwas weiter. Parkmöglichkeit war auch klasse. Es hat alles gepasst und es war sehr schön in der Wohnung von Herrn Fritz."
