Loved absolutely everything! The nature is amazing, lovely staff. Food was delicious in the restaurant. A lot of entertainment, clean pool. Will definitely visit again

The convenience and accommodations of the establishment made it a memorable experience for my family. The staff was very attentive and courteous and willing to assist at all times. However, a recommendation for future stay would be to make changes with your breakfast buffet. We noticed that some of the items served for breakfast were undercooked which could bring a hazard for future guests. Additionally; there was no cleaning products to disinfect the gym equipment after use. overall it was a great experience and will definitely return.

Everyone on the staff is helpful and friendly. The property is conveniently located and easy to find. It's not your typical hotel but well worth checking out. Kid and dog friendly too!

The property is gorgeous, the only reason I gave them 4/5 starts is because I did not get the room I booked and paid extra for. We planned a little get away with my family and drove 5 hours to capture the beautiful colors of fall. I booked a “lake view” room and paid extra through Expedia. When we got there we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. They were booked with a wedding that weekend and were sold out of rooms, but offered to move lake view the following day. It was a yes and no on my mind because packing everything and moving again with a toddler is not ideal. The receptionist said it will be available as soon as they clean it and is a priority. It was now 3:30PM the following day when I got the text that a lake view room was available. Who wants to move everything at that hour, just to check out the following morning. So we staid and made the best of it. It was very disappointing not to get the lake view and pay extra. It was nice they tried to accommodate but I was not going to spend my full day there moving rooms. I felt like they could have offered a gift card to their restaurant or bar or something to accommodate for the customer service. Moral of the story is If you book through Expedia double check with the hotel and make sure you get what you paid for!

Beautiful and well maintained property with a cool games room and a restaurant on site, the room was quite large compared to expectations with modern TV with a view of the mountains. Great price here in the off-season, chain hotels charge far more for far less. Probably best hotel in 60 miles.

Very nice place to stay, was very comfortable with one queen, 1 bunk beds. Small refrigerator, coffee with Keurigs. No microwave, it was a small efficiency. Gym and pool area is nice, music on site at the Brown Swan on weekends. Quant little town down the road with great food Pitkins Restaurant.
