"The location is really good, but it's a shame that there was no staff present. We had an apartment and thought that there would at least be coffee facilities and a refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Also, during the three nights we stayed there, nothing was cleaned at all. Maybe we didn't read the fine print properly, but for us this is a reason not to book here again. What was really great was the garage under the hotel and the person on WhatsApp who responded...

"The front desk (Caroline) and breakfast person (male fellow) were great. Caroline was very personable and shared experiences of the safety of the hotel and area. She offered the sauna and other workout amenities which we were not aware of, and I used them! The other front desk receptionist (male with a beard) was also very helpful in figuring out the bathroom heater rack for drying clothes. I would come back again!"
