"I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

It was a bit further away from the city center, but easy to access via public transportation and great value for what we paid. The laundry room is also well equipped, and the staff is very friendly. "The apartment is in a good location to enjoy a visit to Munich. Tram 17 stops just a few feet from the apartment. An S-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk away. "The property was great and the staff was quite helpful. The brunch on property the next morning was wonderful and well worth the €20 a person. When we arrived mid afternoon, the hotel’s parking garage was already full. This was a bit frustrating since we chose this hotel because it had on site parking. We eventually found a garage about a km away, but this may be an issue for some travelers. Once we parked, we had an easy time with transit. Not only is it near the train, but there is a tram right out front. You are a bit off the main square if you are looking to walk to Marienplatz, but it is doable. Tram was the way to go for us. "
