"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...

The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. "It's really at top of the world. The cottage is at the top of Nessalu mountain top. Excellent if you want to spend time in nature. It's difficult to find so contact the owner before you go there. Owner is very friendly and very helpful. She knows only German, but she was really nice to use Google translate to talk. I want to really thank her for that. I think it's good for a group 10-15 people. But it will be amazing for a couple too."

"Perfect little space on the mountain side located on a farm, owners/family were extremely welcoming and nice. It is located close to a lot of beautiful hikes and activities, food in the surrounding area was amazing. Overall a great place to experience what Switzerland can offer."

The house is ideally equipped for such visitors having one bedroom at ground floor level, as well was a stair lift that enables guests with limited mobility to access bedrooms on the first floor. There are bathrooms on both floors and both with walk in/wet room style showers. The kitchen was well equipped and a large table enabled the whole family to be seated, similarly there is a terrace outside...

"My daughter-in-law and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation visiting precious family and friends. "We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"
