Everything was great. We had a stay including breakfast and dinner and it was excellent, very good. The rooms are comfortable. Also, our small dog could go to the restaurant.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage und ist leicht zu erreichen. Die Sauna ist sehr gemütlich. Das Abendessen mit Salatbar und Rindfleisch sind lecker. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Einfach zu parken. Bus erreichbar auch.

Ein altes Haus mit viel Charme und teilweise schon sehr schön renoviert. Wellnessbereich ruhig und sehr schön. Frühstück war mega, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Hallo, wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, jedoch das Ambiente, das Abend-Menue sowie Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr gut. Der spa-Bereich war sauber, und relaxt zu genießen. 5 Min zum Hintertuxer Gletscher...mit dem auto.

Perfekt och prisvärt boende för skidsemestern

Fint litet familjehotell med alla bekvämligheter inkl fin och rymlig spa-avdelning (dock som brukligt i Tyskland/Österrike textilfritt och unisex). Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Underbar frukost och 4-rätters middagar plus sallad med stor variation under veckan (halvpension). Stora bekväma rum med bra information om backarna på lokal-TVn. Smart skid- och pjäxförvaring i låsbart utrymme. Skidbuss åt bägge hållen i Tuxdalen med hållplatser precis utanför hotelldörren. För den som inte vill åka skidor fanns bra promenadstigar i dalen. Och sist men inte minst, oslagbar skidåkning i högalpin miljö.

Hotel je moc pěkný, veškerý personál od recepce po restauraci byl velmi milý a ochotný, lze se domluvit i česky. Snídaně a večeře byly naprosto úžasné, nádherně nazdobené a servírované. Moc jsme si celý pobyt užili!

The ladies who worked there were so very nice. We only speak English and they were so helpful and understanding. The room was great and the view from the room was beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were also very good. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, einige Fliesen auf dem Balkon waren lose (gefährlich). Was genau an dem Hotel ein Familienhotel sein soll, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Viel für Kinder geboren wird nicht. Es gibt keinen Kinderspielplatz nur einen 2x2m Raum mit Spielzeug für Kleinkinder. Man kann wohl auch Kinder mit in den Wellnessbereich nehmen, denke aber für einen 2-Jährigen nicht so super. Beim Essen gibt es noch ein extra Kindermenü, das fand ich gut. Die Preise für Getränke sind sehr hoch (0,75l Wasser für 5€), meiner Meinung nach nicht familienfreundlich. Personal abends sehr gediegen, es könnte etwas lockerer/freundlicher sein. Atmosphäre war doch etwas streng und wir hatten uns Mühe gegeben, unseren 2-Jährigen so leise wie möglich zu beschäftigen. Hochstühle vorhanden, jedoch nur für unter 2-Jährige. Rezeption morgens (gegen 6:00) nicht besetzt, Check-Out erfolgte dann den Abend davor und wir ließen die Zimmerkarten im Zimmer. Super war, dass sie uns Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet haben, da wir das Buffett nicht miterleben konnten. Wir haben drei belegte Sandwiches, drei Donuts und drei Äpfel mitbekommen, super verpackt. Zimmer groß und geräumig, Bett gemütlich. WC in separatem Raum - etwas schade da man zum Hände waschen erst einmal alle Türklinken benutzen muss, da das Waschbecken im anderen Raum steht. Gratis Duschzeug vorhanden. Hatten fremde Haare auf unserem Bett, sowas kann aber immer mal passieren. WLAN Empfang in unserem Zimmer (108) war nicht vorhanden.
