Dejligt sted

I forbindelse med en kort skiferie havde vi booket et værelse på hotellet. I modsætning til beskrivelsen har hotellet ikke egen parkeringsplads, men gratis offentlig parkering ca 200 meter væk. Skibus stop lå lige overfor hotellet, så det var dejlig nemt og ski opbevaring tilgængelig bag hotellet. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende, og forstod lidt engelsk, men primært tysk. Værelset var lidt slidt men pænt og rent. Spa afdelingen var ikke prangende, men en fin tilføjelse. Maden var himmelsk!

Positiv: freundlicher Empfang, schöner Saunabereich (könnte sich allerdings bei stärkerer Belegung des Hotels als zu klein erweisen), sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück in angenehmen Ambiente Negativ kein WLAN im Zimmer, Abendessen nur bis 20 Uhr Sonstiges Parken in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe ggf. unter der Woche schwierig, da überwiegend Kurzzeitparkplätze

Trevligt, traditionellt hotell i hjärtat av Zell

Trevligt hotell mitt i Zell am Ziller, på gångavstånd från järnvägsstationen. Konditorier och affärer i närheten. I halvpensionen ingick bra österrikisk alpfrukost-buffé och enklare middagsbuffé med saladsbuffé, två vällagade rätter från Tyrolen, soppa, ostar och glass.

Gutes Hotel - Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit "Tiroler Adlerin-Design", welches uns sehr gefallen hat, vom Design, der Größe und vom Komfort. Das eigentlich alte Haus ist modernisiert worden und in tadellosem Zustand. Restaurant, Zimmer und Wellness Bereich sind sehr gemütlich und einladend. Das Frühstück war ok und bot auch ein wenig Abwechslung. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Wir würden wiederkommen...

Gut gelegenes Hotel im Zentrum von Zell am Ziller. Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Das Abendessen war reichlich, allerdings vom Geschmack eher durchschnittlich (Tiroler Buffet herausragend, Asiatisches Buffet nicht so toll). Das Personal war aufmerksam und höflich. Im Restaurant allerdings manchmal auch recht langsam. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet mit gemütlichen Betten. Allerdings etwas klein. Das Bad ist Durchschnitt. Das Zimmermädchen war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das trifft auch auf den Rest des Hotels zu. Mehrere Teile des Hotels wurden renoviert, allerdings nicht das komplette Hotel. Daher ergibt sich ein Stilmix aus modernen und traditionellen Designelementen. Den Spa-Bereich konnten wir leider nicht testen. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlen und gut Urlaub machen kann.

Falsche Preisangaben über Zusatzleistungen, sehr gleichgültige Reaktion der Rezeption als darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde. Super Service im Restaurant, nett und aufmerksam. Alles in einem, vier Sterne sind es nicht!

Ca. 2 km. væk fra Rosenalm liften

Hotellet er på sin vis fint nok, men de er ikke specielt service mindede. Ingen smil fra personalet i receptionen eller tjenerne til morgenmaden. Spa området er ret småt, og indeholder en sauna til max. 3 personer og et dampbad til max 4 personer - ingen spabad eller andre badefaciliteter. Det er fint til at bo på i forbindelse med skiferie, men jeg anbefaler at man spiser andre steder, og generelt undgår interaktion med personalet...

Hübsches, gepflegtes Hotel in der Innenstadt

Sehr angenehmes einchecken, sofort Hilfe für den Hund bekommen. Unser kleiner Schatz war gerne gesehen und alle Hotelangestellten wollten den Hund mit nach Hause nehmen. War sehr angenehm hier nächtigen zu dürfen. Alle sehr freundlich, mit dem Chef gleich per DU, hat uns Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Zimmer super schön, Bad ein Traum, Essen und Frühstück erinnern nicht an ein Hotel, eher ein sehr gutes Restaurant! Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!

Nice Hotel

This older hotel has been nicely upgraded and presents some interesting decorating. The room was adequate but was missing shower shampoo and soap. WiFi was weak in the room but worked well in the bar. Breakfast and dinner for the half board was good and the service was excellent.
