Wonderful trip
Wonderful staff team, very friendly and even more helpful. Fantastic, spacious room, modern, clean just a little warm with no air-conditioning but other than that a top class stay. I’ll be back for sure

Clean. Tidy. Close to centre. Good breakfast.
Enjoyed our stay. A little confusion on whether breakfast was included, but at an additional €10 it was worth it.

The hotel was advertised with AC but it does NOT have it. The staff gave me a room at the top floor, even hotter. The windows open 3 inches only, it was hot and humid all night , could not sleep at all. Drunk people and motorcycles ran outside all night. I am an older man, cant deal with the heat anymore... Hotel offered no discount, or fan in the room or nothing. Told me is Orbitz fault for the AC sign. Pretty rudely. Of course the hotel put the AC in their profile to attract customers, then bait and switch.

Great hotel find!
Lovely hotel, very modern. Incredible breakfast for 10 euro. Parking garage right next door that took you up to Reception. Friendly staff. Just across from the Castle. Really nice place to stay. Will definitely come again.

Wonderful small hotel located in the center of town, stone's throw from the castle. Great breakfast buffet. Very friendly, helpful staff. Heidelberg can be reached easily with public transportation.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Zentrum zu Fuß in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Zimmer nach hinten raus trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parken gegen Gebühr in der Schlossgarage.

Super Lage -trotzdem keine Empfehlung
Das Hotel bietet Selfcheckin an einem Automaten. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, jedoch war die Einrichtung doch sehr karg. Die Aböagen, sowie das Bad waren leider verunreinigt. Im Bad waren Haare an den Toilette und Dusche zu finden. Auf einer Sitzgelegenheit hat man noch einen Abdruck eines schwitziges oder eingecremtes Gesäß finden können.

Tolles Hotel. Leider stickig, man kann abends das Fenster zwar öffnen, jedoch ist der Straßenlärm erstaunlich laut. Alles war blitzsauber, der Checkin am Automaten funktioniert sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist super, das Personal sehr nett.
