"When we got to the hotel, we find it out of the city. Not as accessible as we thought it would be. But when we started exploring, it was not too bad. Train station is walkable, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurant at the spa is a bit pricey and no grocery store onsite. Small bottled water at the vendo is 3.85 euro. "Die Mitarbeiter haben mit ihrer gästeorientierten und sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art bewiesen, dass es ihn doch noch gibt; den perfekten Kunden- bzw. Gästeservice. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte Extras, mit denen wir nicht unbedingt gerechnet hatten. Von der Regendusche über das tolle Bett bis zum Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank etc. im Zimmer hat alles dazu beigetragen, dass der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt noch angenehmer wurde. Lediglich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wünschen, da man bei geöffneten Fenster nachts jedes Wort hört, das die rauchenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich sprechen. "
