"When we booked tge book in time was not vidable to us and we were suprised it was 4pm as this felt a little late. Paul was loveley and made us feel very welcome. The room was large but felt a little dated but for the price was more than acceptable. We stayed 1 night in the family room and my girls enjoyed the stay. "What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats.
