The staff is not friendly. They will not answer the phone when you dial 9. You have to come down to talk to them. The bathroom had a weird small that never could be addressed. If you have any issues with A/C, there is no one to attend to it after 5:00 P.M. No drinking water in the room. I am used to hotels providing a jug of water in every room that is unheard of here. Bring you own toiletries. I had to rush and buy shampoo and conditioner.
Pros: Good breakfast options. Very close to the park where you can enjoy the ocean. Lots of restaurants near by. Very centrally located.
