We had a wonderful time. The hotel has a great location, 2 minutes walk to the trams, and very little walk to the main attractions, 5-10 minutes walk to Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.
It is very clean and so beautiful decorated, it makes you feel so welcomed. The restaurant has an amazing view, to the Ayia Sofia and Blue Mosque and to the sea.
The staff it’s so kind and so helpful and always with a smile on their faces.
We would love to return to Istanbul and we would definitely choose the same hotel, Sultanhan.

The location was superb. Whilst it didn't have the feel of a five start hotel, it was spotless and delivered what it needed to. Best of all were the staff, who were all great. Of them all though, Ali A and Hussain were the shining stars! They went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect to make our stay perfect.
