"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"The Winchester was a wondeful place to stay. Less than 10 minutes by Uber to the Waterfront and close to Camps Bay. Sea Point also has some nice dining options and shopping. We felt safe walking around this area, even in the evening The hotel itself is beautiful. The inner courtyard with the bougainvillea is postcard perfect. The service is great and the rooms are nicely appointed and clean. We would love to return some day."
