Property manager didn’t respond to emergency call
The property was lovely, and the owner also lovely.
The problem was with property manager. The lock didn’t work with the keys provided and they didn’t respond to the emergency call. We were left standing in the dark with no where to stay. That’s how I met the owner who came out to help us.She couldn’t get the door open either but finally realized she had the master. 45.minutes in the dark struggling. Really really not okay.
In the meantime I was on the phone with the night telephone team who were great and did their job well. They put an emergency call to the local people who never responded until the next afternoon. They replaced the lock so clearly there was a serious problem.
We asked for one night’s reimbursement—they gave us $50. Really unprofessional and inadequate. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed and angry
