Your own private cottage 2nd house from boardwalk/beach. 4 Beach passes included-1block to several off boardwalk restaurants and shopping. Sleeps 4 comfortably but can accommodate up to 6 if children are included Rates are for 4 guests. There is an additional $75 per night per additional person. depending on age Pets allowed for rate of 15$ per night per pet.
1 bedroom with double bed, 2 futons in separate rooms that open for sleeping. Each room with own A/C and doors to close for privacy

Casino pier.and large water park only 3 blocks away. Rides for all ages.
Walk 3 blocks west and find the Barnegat Bay which offers rentals of Jet Skis, canoes, motor boats. Crabbing and fishing supplies. Lots of fun to be had even on rainy days .
Fully stocked kitchen coffee maker,microwave,pots,pans, dishes,bowls,glasses,cups, etc.
Patio with gas grill and outdoor seating with table and chairs
4 beach passes and parking pass included. If not left at check out cost to replace will be deducted from damage deposit

Fun at Seaside Heights
The little cottage turned out to be exactly what I had visioned based on the pictures. It was the perfect size for my 14 year old Granddaughter, my Sister, and myself. The cottage was just a very short walk to the Board Walk and the Beach. Our little 3 day holiday could not have been more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations. I will be back again. Thanks so much Jane!!

Nice little getaway
It was great being just a few steps from the beach, and the pet fee was very reasonable compared to some others. However, it is important to know that the property is not fully private, which I know Vrbo advertises as a company. You are in the owners backyard, so they are present, and there is shared space on the patio. They are lovely people, though. It’s just worth mentioning. Can’t beat the location, though.

Short beach getaway
Great property and location. Hosts are near and available for any needs as well as info about the area and places to go and things to see. Despite hosts living in another unit, the rental is very private and the hosts do not bother you at all, but if you need anything at all you can count on them. i would stay there again.

The owners are very accommodating, great people. The cottage is roomy with a cute coastal decor. It’s in the back so it’s a little more private. Very, very close to beach and boardwalk.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway
My husband and I stayed at this property with our 2 small dogs. The owner was very accommodating to meet us whenever we were able to arrive. We were also nervous about bringing our dogs and she eased our worries. The place was clean it’s the best location to be able to go to the beach, hit the boardwalk, and see many attractions without even having to drive anywhere. It made it easy to do things and continue to check in on our dogs. The cottage was private and clean. It met all our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

This is a small home that is not fancy but has the old-fashioned charm of a small summer cottage with all of the amenities. The location is ideal for visits to the beach, boardwalk, and the various restaurants and attractions that Seaside Heights offers. The hosts were attentive and answered our texts immediately. This is a great rental at a fair price.

Amazing place. The owners let us check in early, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the location. The boardwalk was a 30 second walk. We were two adults and 1 child. They have my daughter a beach bucket and chalk. Very cute house and outdoor space. Couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely be back.
